Nomadic Monk is a 501(c)(3) non-profit mobile ministry with a unique mission to illuminate the spiritual practices of authentic Buddha-Dharma across the United States.

Current Mission
Upon returning from his Zen training in Korea, Venerable SooSeong embarked on a cross-country journey, as the Nomadic Monk, to assess the state of Dharma practice in the U.S. Having concluded his assessment, he has dedicated himself to sharing the wisdom of authentic Buddha-Dharma and meditation practices with communities along the U.S. East Coast.
He currently serves as the Buddhist Chaplain at the U.S. Military Academy at West Point and also as the guiding meditation teacher at the Bul Kwang Zen Center in Tappan, NY.​​

Saturdays 10:30 AM - 12:00 PM: Buddhist Service at Bul Kwang Zen Center (English Sangha)

3 PM - 4:30 PM: Meditation at Bul Kwang Zen Center (Korean Sangha)

Sundays 11:30 AM - 12:30 PM: Dharma School for Students at Bul Kwang Zen Center (Junior, HS, College Students)​
